- Booking & cancellation: changes/cancellations are possible until 17:00 the day before the lesson
- Not included: rental gear and lift tickets are not included in the base price
- Weather: lessons take place in most conditions; refunds are not offered for bad weather unless the resort is closed

Hotel / House pickup (full-day bookings only)
If you’re staying in Lucerne, pickup is available for full-day bookings. You can choose between:
- Public transport guidance (1st or 2nd class): I meet you at your hotel/house and accompany you to the resort and back, including help with connections and timing.
- Taxi transfer (370 CHF): I meet you at your hotel or house in Lucerne and we travel together to the resort and back by private taxi – the most comfortable pickup option.
Ticket support (available for any lesson)
I can take care of purchasing lift passes and/or train tickets for you. I’ll contact you in advance with the current prices. Payment is handled via a payment link and must be completed before the lesson starts.
Other resorts (on request)
Lessons at other resorts are possible on request — tell me where you’d like to ride and I’ll suggest the best option.

Private taxi to the resort and back with instructor guidance: 370 CHF

Children under 16 and guests with a Half-Fare Card usually benefit from a 50% discount.

Lift Passes (estimate)
Lift tickets are subject to dynamic pricing, age category, and point of sale.
As a general reference:
- Day pass for the full resort is often around 80 CHF
- Day pass for the beginners area is often around 31 CHF
